An over bearing smell of cigarettes has stained his sheets, his couch, his carpet, our clothes
Wasted days are all the same.
Time laps me three or four times before I can finally stand
A moment’s pause and I’m back on his couch
I’m time traveling through life now
Ill wake up
Ill wake up someday.
Ill wake up someday and realize nothing has changed
No one has grown and this monotonous life is not for me
But it will be too late by then,
By then, old habits will be hard to break
I wrote this while he and I were dating... My words knew right, but I chose wrong
